Luminus Financial is pleased to announce the results of the 2026 Board of Directors election. Thank you to every member who participated in this year’s vote. Your engagement is what makes our credit union strong.
With three seats open this year, members were invited to select up to three candidates from a field of four qualified nominees. A total of 214 members cast their ballots, and we are happy to share the results:
- Jonathan Bowness — 178 votes (31.8%)
- Gavin Price — 176 votes (31.4%)
- Alex Arifuzzaman — 104 votes (18.6%)
Jonathan Bowness and Gavin Price have been re-elected, and Alex Arifuzzaman has been elected to join the Board for the first time. We welcome all three and look forward to their contributions in the years ahead.
We also want to extend our sincere thanks to Frank Kocis for putting his name forward. Running for the Board is a meaningful act of service, and we appreciate his commitment to our credit union community.
Thanking Donna Johnson
With this election, we also say thank you to Donna Johnson, who has completed her three-year term as a Board Member. During her time on the Board, Donna served on the HR & Compensation Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Education and Development Committee, contributing 51 total training hours along the way. Her willingness to take on multiple committee roles reflects the dedication and thoughtful leadership she brought to every aspect of her service. We are grateful for her contributions to Luminus Financial and its members.
