The Annual General Meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.
Meeting Agenda
- To receive the reports from the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, the Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Report. Copies can be sent to you via email or will be available at least ten (10) business days before the meeting at the offices of Luminus Financial.
- Election of Directors.
- Appointment of MNP LLP as auditor for the current year and authorization for the Board to set their remuneration.
- Any other business that may arise.
