Mark your calendars! Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 3, 2025.
This year’s AGM will be held both in person and online, with a virtual election taking place prior to the meeting. For those attending in person, the AGM will take place at:

The Annual General Meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.
Virtual Attendance:
- A Microsoft Teams link will be sent to registered attendees during the week of March 31, 2025.
Meeting Agenda
- To receive the reports from the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, the Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Report. Copies will be sent to you electronically at least 10 business days before the meeting, and will be available at the offices of Luminus Financial 10 business days prior to the meeting;
- Election of Directors;
- Appointment of MNP LLP as auditor for the current year and authorization for the Board to set their remuneration;
- Any other business that may arise.
