Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, many Canadians are experiencing delays in receiving their mail, including important financial documents like member statements. While we are unable to influence the duration of this disruption, we want to ensure you continue to access your important documents without any inconvenience.
Stay Connected with Online Banking
If you haven’t already, we recommend registering for our digital banking services. This ensures uninterrupted access to your banking documents. Setting up digital banking is quick and simple:
- Download the Luminus Mobile Banking App or visit our Online Banking platform.
- Enter your branch, member number, and personal access code number.
If you need assistance with step #1, please contact our Member Relations Team at 416-366-5534.
How To Access Your E-statements:
- Log in to Your Online Banking Account
- Locate the “My Accounts” section in the left-hand menu.
- Select “View E-Statements“, typically the last item under “My Accounts.”
- You can view your statements directly on your screen or download them as PDFs for future reference.
Avoid Payment Delays
We also encourage you to set up Pre-Authorized Payments or Direct Deposits for seamless transactions during this period. Please note that Canada Post has committed to delivering certain government-issued cheques (e.g., CPP, OAS, Canada Child Benefit) once a month during the disruption. The Luminus Financial Member Relations Team can also assist with setting up direct deposit with CRA if needed.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
