Please be advised that scheduled system maintenance will take place on Sunday, March 2, 2025, during our regular maintenance window from 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM ET. During this time, online and mobile banking, including MemberDirect®, will be temporarily unavailable.
Shared Cash and POS transactions will continue to be processed in stand-in mode.
Together with our service provider, we will work to restore services as quickly as possible and will only use the full maintenance window if necessary to complete these essential updates.
