Update August 22nd, 2024: We are continuing to work closely with our third-party provider to assess the cause and impact of the ongoing incident, and we want to reinforce that there is no indication of a privacy breach, and sensitive member information remains secure.
Unfortunately, the restoration plan for accessing e-statements is taking longer than anticipated. We expect to see significant progress throughout next week, and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

We wanted to inform you that our third-party provider of member e-statements is currently experiencing a cyber incident, which has temporarily restricted access to your online member statements. We have been assured that the risk to our members remains low, but we are monitoring the situation closely.
The provider has taken the precaution of shutting off all services during this incident to ensure the security and integrity of their systems. They are working diligently to restore services within the next 24 hours, using a phased approach to maintain the highest standards of safety.
