As part of our recent banking conversion during the July 1st weekend, we completed the integration of the old Airline banking system with the new Luminus banking system. During this transition, you may have noticed that June’s statement listed your account balance as zero ($0.00). This was an expected part of the merging process, and we assure you that your account balance remains fully intact and secure. All balances were successfully transferred, and your account balance will be accurately reflected on next month’s statement. Your balance is also accurately reflected through online banking, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your monthly statements, which are available online, will include your member number, name, and address. If any of this information needs updating, please contact us by phone or email. If you have any immediate questions or need further clarification, our member relations team is here to assist you.
