1. Campaign Overview

Luminus Financial is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a limited-time promotional offer. Eligible new members may receive a free pair of AirPods 4, and existing members may enter a referral draw for a $750 1-Year GIC. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. 

2. Campaign Period

The campaign begins in Q4 2025 and continues until all 75 AirPods 4 units have been distributed. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Eligibility

New Member Offer

To qualify for the AirPods 4 reward, new members must:

• Be aged 12 to 25 at the time of account opening.

• Open an Infinite Chequing Account.

• Purchase a $25 membership share.

• Complete one of the following:

  • Set up a recurring bill payment

  • Set up direct deposit

  • Maintain a minimum balance of $50 for 3 consecutive months

• Provide a valid photo ID (e.g., student card, health card). This is used for identification purposes only.

AirPods will be distributed after the 3-month account activity requirement is met. Limit of one reward per membership. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. 

Referral Draw

Existing members who refer a new eligible member will be entered into a draw to win a $750 1-Year GIC. Referrals must result in a completed account setup that meets the new member eligibility criteria.

4. Additional Conditions

• Members under 12 years of age are not eligible for this campaign.

• Credit checks will not be conducted for minors.

• A total of 75 AirPods 4 units are available. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be offered.

• Luminus Financial reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the criteria.

5. Account Setup for Minors

Accounts for individuals under 18 may be opened as:

• Individual accounts with full access

• Joint accounts with a parent/guardian

• Trust accounts with a parent/guardian as trustee

An Indemnity Agreement may be required for minors to protect against potential losses.

6. General Terms

• Luminus Financial reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without notice.

• All decisions regarding eligibility and reward distribution are final.

• By participating, members agree to these Terms and Conditions.
