Please note our Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
The AGM will be held in person and online. For in person, the location of our Annual General Meeting will be held:

The Annual General Meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is:
- As special business, update the Credit Union’s by-laws to require the presentation to the members at every annual meeting of a report on the gender diversity of the Board;
- To receive the reports from the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, the Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Report. Copies will be sent to you electronically once you register for the meeting, and will be available at the offices of Luminus Financial ten (10) days prior to the meeting;
- Election of Directors;
- To appoint MNP LLP as the auditor for the current year and to authorize the Board of Directors to fix the remuneration of such auditor;
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Please note: Our Branches, Call Centre and Corporate Office will close at 4 p.m. the day of the meeting in order to prepare for the AGM.
