We’re on the move!
In 2015, the Luminus Financial Hub opened its doors as our main downtown Toronto branch alongside our Weston branch. While we expected to stay at the Hub location for several more years, we’ve received notice that in the spring of 2023 the property owners will begin groundwork for the demolition and redevelopment of our building. In anticipation of this change, the downtown Hub will be closing as of Wednesday, March 1, 2023, to make preparations for an eventual move to a future location.
How does this affect me?
For most members, there will be little to no change in your services. Over the past few years, many member-owners have begun to take advantage of our virtual banking services including:
- Online banking via our website
- Mobile banking via our Android or iOS app where you can check balances and activity, pay bills, schedule payments, make transfers, deposit cheques and more!
- Telephone member service assistance at 416-366-5534 or 1-877-782-7639
- Ding Free ATM service at over 5,000 credit union ATMs coast to coast
While we transition from the Hub to a new location, we encourage you to continue using these time-saving services.
What happens if I still want to bank in person?
Banking in person will still be available at our Weston location found at #11 – 2011 Lawrence Avenue West. Additionally, we offer the following services to connect in ways that are most convenient to you, including:
- Zoom virtual advisor meetings
- Lumi chatbot support
- Really need in-person support? Let us know and we will book a meeting to come see you.
Do you have a future location selected?
No, we do not yet have a location chosen for our future branch. If you know of a great spot we should consider, let us know!
