Joanna Cheng

Joanna works closely with the retail team to ensure they are delivering value and optimal service to member-owners. She has been a part of the financial services industry for 20 years and understands that trust and credibility are key to building strong member relationships. Internally, she supports the growth of the business by implementing sales initiatives and is also leading the business through a transformational project.

Joanna holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and also has a Diploma in Psychotherapy.

In her spare time, Joanna likes to be with friends and family, spend time in nature, and keep healthy. She feels it is important to be grateful for all that you have in life, even the simple things, and that is what keeps her motivated.
